Core Concepts 2: Exploring Fairy Tales through Core Concepts of Jungian Psychology led by Mae Stolte

The purpose of this seminar is to provide participants with the opportunity to build on their insights into the basic concepts of Jungian psychology.  How do they help us to understand the process of Individuation, the journey each of us is on whether we are aware of it or not?    What can they tell us about what facilitates or hinders this journey?

Through exploration of  fairytales/myth we will look at the part played by ego, shadow, persona, anima/animus and psychological type in the characters’ journeys and  how they relate to our everyday lives.  This will involve both discussion and journal writing.

Registration will be limited to 12 participants.  A basic understanding of these concepts is recommended.
