Please note: We will have the in-person meeting at Nosehill Library Saturday, November 25 12:30-2:30. The Zoom sessions will start Wednesday, November 29 7-9 PM.

Our Vice President, and Head of Programming, Bill Walker will be leading a book club on Tarot and Individuation by Irene Gad.

In preparation for a CJS lecture and workshop on Tarot in March we will work our way through this unique book. As we explore and discuss the Major Arcana we will also explore the application of Tarot  by experimenting with various spreads which are introduced in an extensive appendix.

First meeting in-person at Nosehill CP on Saturday November 25th, 2023, 12:30pm - 2:30pm; following that there will be 8 Zoom sessions, every Wednesday 6-8 PM with a break over Christmas: Nov 29, Dec 6, 13, 20, Jan 2024 24, 31, and Feb 7, 14

About the book:

"This profusely illustrated book is one of the most complete explorations of the symbolism within the 22 major arcana of the tarot. Gad's amplification of the tarot's cabalistic and alchemical symbolism reveals the wisdom of ages of seekers who have gone before us, leaving us this roadmap to individuation and spiritual attainment. This new revised edition includes a new preface and a section on Kundalini Yoga and the correspondences of the major arcana with the chakras."
