We are excited to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 26th, 2024 at the St Laurence Anglican Church. This year, we are making some changes to our usual format to ensure a more engaging and interactive experience for everyone.
Our AGM will commence promptly at 6:00 PM and will run for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. We look forward to sharing key updates and insights with you during this time. Following the AGM, we will not have a video as in previous years. Instead, we're delighted to host a reception where you can enjoy tea and cookies, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for conversation and connection.
After the AGM, at 7:00 PM, we will be hosting our 'Soul and Death' event. This unique and thought-provoking session promises to be a highlight, offering deep insights into these fascinating topics.
Additionally, we have three important vacancies on our board: Treasurer, Membership Coordinator, and Secretary. These roles are vital to the successful running of our society, and we encourage those interested in contributing to our community to consider these positions. The AGM presents a perfect opportunity to learn more about these roles and how you can get involved.
This event is completely free and open to all. While voting is reserved for Calgary Jung Society members, we warmly welcome non-members to join us and learn more about our society. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet and interact with other members and those interested in our work.
